Our Mission

Atlanta Horse Rescue provides professional aftercare and second career opportunities for hunter jumper horses and ponies transitioning out of high- level competition. Our program emphasizes humane retraining appropriate lower- level placement, and lifelong advocacy for each horse’s physical soundness, mental health, and long-term success.
